VSA Camps comprise programs for Field Players & Goalkeepers. There's a total of eight sessions, two sessions per week. 5-7 yr old will focus on basic skills, whereas 8-12 yr old will have more detailed skills. Mini games are played in each session. Can attend any sessions.
Program description:
All camps help players dramatically improve their individual foot skills, change of direction skills and attacking moves. Each training session is broken down in mini sessions with the focus on teaching techniques and tricks on the ball to help the player become a better soccer player.
Mandatory water breaks:
All players will need to hydrate after each mini session. The short breaks will help enhance the ability to stay hydrated. Lack of fluids in the body can cause mild to moderate dehydration.
